If you are in need of mediation services, Laura Budd and James H. Carter are both certified Superior Court mediators in North Carolina. We are more than happy to conduct any mediation here at our office or at yours. There is a $125.00 administration fee for our services and our mediation rates are $250.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. We will not bill you for travel time so long as the mediation is conducted within Mecklenburg or Union County. Please contact the Law Office of Laura H. Budd for mediation services.
